    Cannot Open Messages

    Summary: A participant noted an issue with being unable to open messages.

    I know I need tech support but I  don't know how to get  to that group..    So   this  is  my last hope   to get help.   I have not  been able to open my messages.  All I get  is a blue  splash screen and an AI icon.    

     

    How can I get help?

    Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

     

    Try restarting your device to see if that makes a difference.
