Buyer wants to shop more but I have no other listings!
This new program last year has caused ask sorts if problems. It seems to favor the buyers. Some have checked out early. Now I have two who do not answer my messages when I tell them I have NO other items listed from which to shop. This disastrous program is abused by deadbeat buyers who don't want to pay. How can they select this if I have no other items?
I am ready to quit eBay completely after this mess rolled out.

·1 year agoI completely 100% agree with your posting. I really do feel that this is a scam on the part of the buyers who have no intentions of paying and just want to play the game. This has happened to me 6 times in the last month. It ruins your chances of second chance offers or for just getting your item back up on auction. Any other buyers will lose interest when a full week has passed. I don't think there is anything we can do about it. This is eBay favoring the buyers to the highest level.

OP1 year agoI agree with your response totally. The buyer doesn’t understand now why EBay automatically made her pay for this item. She wouldn’t respond to any of my messages during the week. Now she says she can’t pay for it. I asked her if she still wants it and of course no response. I really don’t know what to do. I’m wondering if I can cancel the transaction.

·7 months agoYou can cancel the transaction. Use problem with shipping address as the excuse.
If buyer leaves negative feedback, you can respond by letting everyone know they refused to pay you.

·7 months agoNo, not according to eBay policy they can’t, and that’s a good way to get into big trouble.
