buyer waiting 3 days to pay, are they up to something shady?

I have a buyer that says he's out of town and you can't pay until he gets back home in 3 days. Sounds kind of fishy to me 3 days will be the 11th on September eBay says I can cancel the order on the 13th which I let him know. I can't help but think that he might be up to something. I was hoping somebody could give me some insight on maybe what I could do if anything eBay says I can charge more money I don't know if that'll help the situation. Or maybe what he's up to you if something Shady. Any info would be appreciated thank you. Thank you for your time.

Nothing out of the normal......yet. And if they dont pay, so what...just cancel and relist

They have 4 days to pay before you can do anything so nothing fishy.

And was your item listed with Immediate Payment Required?

Buyer has 4 days to pay, so nothing fishy there.

If they don't pay after 96 hours, cancel the order for nonpayment.
