Below standard
I have recently taken over ebay sales for my company. I am coming into a Below Standard rating and having difficulty of getting it going. Any tips on what to do would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Click on each area to drill down, it tells you specifically what you did wrong that gave you a bad rating.

·3 years agoWow, looking at your listings you have a tough job. I know nothing about your category and all of the 'fitment' stuff or guarantees that come with this category but I looked at a couple of listings.
Purely from the perspective of a car owner who occasionally needs a part...
a) Your pictures are of cars being parted out...I dont see any of the actual parts being sold
b) You have a nice section where you list the 'Condition Grading Scale' for parts, but the grade given isnt shown anywhere I can see!
c) The section listed as 'Description' on the listings I checked is BLANK.
I'd pass on buying a 'Temperature Sensor' from a listing that shows a wrecked car, a seat, a tire, etc...but no Temp Sensor. As a buyer I would think it would be pretty easy to open a return for 'Not As Described' when there is in fact no description, especially when you set expectations of a graded item with no visible grade given.
Just observations from someone looking for a perfect condition trunk lid for an '06 Honda s2000 in factory Formula Red. 😉
Best Wishes.

·3 years agoThere are four areas to get you back up above standard.
1. Do not cancel for Out of stock...do an inventory check to make you have everything on hand that you are selling.
2. Ship within your posted handling time with tracking.
3. Make sure all of your listings have accurate descriptions.
4. If a buyer opens a case whether it's a return or not as described..accept it, issue the return label and refund after you get the item back and above all DO NOT let ebay step in.
