How to download sold items history data for all sellers?

Hello,Is it possible to download sold items history data (as far back as possible) for all sellers?If so, what API should be used?Thank you

It is generally no longer possible to collect historical data from random sellers. eBay deprecated the findCompletedItems call. The only remaining method is the Marketplace Insights call, and that is limited to a select group of preapproved vendors.
