Cannot Access Client Secret – “Submit Request” button not showing in Developer Portal | SDKs

Hi, I'm facing an issue where the Client Secret is not displayed in the Developer Portal even though:- Production App ID and Cert ID are successfully created.- The portal shows “Support for this contact is activated.”- The blue banner indicates I can submit support tickets.However, the “Submit a Request” button is not visible, and I am unable to reach Developer Support via the portal.I've already contacted dev-support@ebay.com and mipsupport@ebay.com, but received no reply.Is there any way to resolve this issue or escalate it to the right team?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!— Casanova
