I鈥檓 curious what everyone is using as well. Are you thinking about inventory management systems, cross-listing tools, spreadsheets, bookkeeping software, or something else?
Personally, I use a combination of eBay tools, Excel, and Vendoo for cross-listing. I鈥檇 love to hear what other sellers are finding helpful.

路4 months agoI'm using excel and my website export as my master but searching for tools to automate my workflow... Never heard of Vendor (looking it up now!!)

路4 months agoThanks for sharing, Ben! Excel is hard to beat as a master inventory system because it's so flexible and you can customize it exactly how you want.
Vendoo is a cross-listing tool that lets you create listings once and publish them to multiple marketplaces like eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, Etsy, WhatNot and others. I've been using it for two months primarily for cross-listing and inventory syncing. Auctiva, Nifty, SideKick and List Perfectly are others that do a similar job!
One thing I've learned is that the "best" system is often the one you'll actually keep updated consistently. 馃槉
I'd be interested to hear more about your website export setup and what parts of your workflow you're hoping to automate. There may be other sellers here using similar processes who can share ideas.
