Some tips I found recently for listing
Summary: In a discussion initiated by Margaret Eddleton, several tips for efficient online listing are shared. The author, dealing with adult-onset ADHD, highlights the use of Chat GPT for managing listings, including utilizing the paid version for handling multiple listings without errors. She emphasizes utilizing Windows shortcuts like Windows V for pasting and CTRL C for copying titles for eBay listings, noting the efficiency of extracting UPCs with the PRT SC function. Carolina C appreciates the shared information.
Some of you may already know these but they have helped me a lot here recently, I have not joined the Listing groups because I have what I call adult-onset ADHD 😂 and I have to focus when listing or I do not get anything done haha! It's hard enough with a 3 year old 😂 but I may join here and there to just listen etc.
For my listings I use Chat GPT even though she messes up it has been a real help, I do use the paid version because I have so many listings. I do 10 listings per chat so she doesn't start messing up.
The first tip is Windows V, I am not sure what it is on a Mac however it has been awesome if you do bulk listings. I go through and copy(I'm sure you all know CTRL C) each title then switch to eBay and do ⊞ + V and go down the chart and click on each one. It has been a major time saver!
Also if you are like me and get the UPC or anything from photos I just found PRT SC then you click the text extractor and it will take text from photos!
Just wanted to share because I think these things are AMAZING!! haha

I love how you’ve found tools and shortcuts that actually support focus and make listing feel more doable - especially with real life in the mix. The Windows copy/paste flow and pulling text from photos are great reminders that small efficiencies add up. I use ChatGPT for a lot of my seller circle tasks along with my store listing too! Really appreciate you taking the time to pass this along ✨
