I realize that sometimes I pull from my inventory for real life, gift bags, wrapping paper, notebooks, napkins, even a last-minute gift for someone.
It always makes me laugh because I technically “own” it… but also don’t? 😂
Does anyone else do this?
• For personal use?
• Emergencies?
• Or do you have a hard rule of never touching inventory?
No judgment either way, just curious how others handle this!

·8 months agoWell since I have basically a whole Big Lots store at my house this happens to me ALL THE TIME 😂
The hardest part is my 3 year old wanting every toy he sees haha!!

OP8 months agoNext-level temptation 😂🙈 That is the hardest part! I love how real this is… inventory boundaries are tough when little eyes see magic everywhere 💖

·9 months agoNot really. Some things I need for everyday activities and my business, but other items, I'm open. I usually determine if it is actually worthwhile having or is just taking up space. I find items from years ago don't necessarily have lasting memories, while others definitely do. I also determine if what should be sold, can be sold. Unfortunately, some collectibles/item simply don't increase in value over the years. Then they have to be given to Goodwill or simply tossed.

OP9 months agoThat’s such a thoughtful way to look at it, George 💙 Value, usefulness, and memories all matter.
