wrong address delivery
Hello.
UPS confirms that amazon gave wrong address - but ebay have closed my appeal and don't want to refund.
How can I get back my money?
Seller don't want to refund.

·7 months agoIt is definitely a dropshipper but not all of this crap is coming from Amazon.

·7 months agoWhen you get your story straight @petro-s check if you still have a RETURN THIS ITEM button -- even after you've lost your appeal and it's still less than 30 days since tracking showed delivered.
If so, click that button to start a MISSING PARTS OR PIECES return request, because your item is MISSING and didn't arrive at your freight forwarder.
Then after 3 business days, click Ask eBay to step on this if you still don't have a refund. Or if you get a prepaid return label, find someone e.g. your freight forwarder to mail the UPS confirms "a different street, unit, and suite number" using that label, to get your refund whether or not the label is delivered back to the seller.
Or if that fails, file a chargeback with your payment provider to explain the fake delivery scam, and get your refund.

OP7 months agoamazon don't give me wrong address - only to seller, who don't do anything. just got my money and did not deliver anything.
how can I contact ebay officials - I don't see any e-mail

OP7 months agoI bought from seller on ebay - then I found out it was reseller - as I understand - he gave address to amazon - it gave to ups item and wrong address - and they sent to wrong address. seller don't do anything.
UPS confirms: The package was sent to the address given by Amazon, which included a different street, unit, and suite number.

Amazon didn't give the wrong address.
The seller gave the wrong address when they ordered some cheap trinket from Amazon and had it shipped to the wrong address.
