Did you checkout as a guest or under your account? If the latter, look in the top right corner and click on "My eBay." A list of options will pop up. Click on "Purchase History." If your order went through, it will be there. If it has been shipped, there should be a tracking number. Click that to see where your order is. There will also be an estimated delivery window on the order page. Until the last date in the range passes, there is nothing for you to do. After that date passes, you will have the option to open an Item Not Received case.
If you placed your order as a guest, then you'll need to sign out of your eBay account. Double check your email's SPAM to make sure your order confirmation email did not go there. If you messed up and mistyped your email address, that could be a problem.
