Where are return payments and details listed on eBay?
Hello,
Is there a dedicated webpage or section in Accounts or elsewhere that lists payments made for returns along with details such as date return payment was made? If not, where can that info be found?

OP8 months agoSorry, couldn't find a way to edit my last comment. "Open Returns" is listed as an option, but I'm trying to find completed returns. Is there a way to find these?

·8 months agoHave you tried Seller Hub/Orders/Returns? Tick that (and use the filters) to see if you find the info you want. Good luck.

Afterthought... I know it shows '0', but did you tick 'All open returns/replacements from your view? 🤔

OP8 months agoYes, and it says "We didn't find any results. Try searching with different criteria."
I also tried some of the search options in the dropdown menus. It looks like that page only shows seller returns ("search by buyer username"). I was hoping to find a way to see a list of returns I made to a few buyers.
In any case, thank you very much for your help! I have bookmarked that webpage in case I need to check for other things there.

·8 months agoDo you mean sellers, as in orders you placed and then returned to whoever sold it to you?
That would be located here: https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase?page=1&moduleId=122166&mp=purchase-module-v2&type=v2&pg=purchase (or from your Purchase History, there is a button across the top for "Returns & Canceled").

OP8 months agoThanks for your message. You are right, and I apologize for the confusion. I had seen that page, but it does not include a refund I received. I think I now know why . . .
The seller never shipped the item. They provided a fake UPS tracking number, and I was struggling for days to get a refund. After a while, they sent a partial refund. After more message exchanges, they finally refunded the total amount, but that did not arrive for a few more days.
It has now arrived, but I think it's not considered a return because there was nothing to return. It was just a refund for the item they never shipped to me.

·8 months ago@goodtreats Yeah, if it was an Item Not Received claim and then appeals to that or a drawn out process, your best way to see that would just be to go back to the specific order and look at the details, or access the case via your eBay Messages. I don't know of a dedicated link to check on that type of thing.
