When problems arise
I have received a message that says a return label has been send but I can't find it.
I am not seeing a PRINT LABEL or ASK EBAY TO STEP IN option under MORE ACTIONS.
I can't find any help articles that cover this situation and there is no option to communicate with a human.
The link to explain PARCELPOINT is not working. (There was a network error.)
I have notified the seller that I can't find the return label. The seller replied:
“Hi there,
No worry I will let eBay step in and assist these days,
Cheers,
Juneâ€. I can't see any evidence that the seller has requested Ebay to step in and help.
The system keeps taking me around in the same loop. It appears to be seriously flawed leaving me abandoned and destined to default on the time limit, with no solution.
