OP1 week agoThat's for your addiction I did not get a refund but the purchase too new controller form a name brand company

Did you file an INAD or just return it to the seller?
A warranty is handled through the manufacture.

·2 weeks agoIf this warranty return for service @edwgu2604 was after the 30-day MBG then you wouldn't have eBay oversight even if you started a return request.
Instead, file a chargeback to get your refund, and find another seller.

·2 weeks agoDid you open a Return Request for an Item Not as Described, defective, and use the ebay supplied return label? If so and tracking shows delivered back to the seller and no resolution by the fourth day go to the return request and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this.
