Vindictive seller making false statements
What recourse do I have as a buyer when a seller starts making harassing communications, categorically false statements, defamatory posting regarding an eBay transaction? Will eBay take action on this cyber-bullying behavior? Who shall I contact within eBay?

·7 months agoYou need to go through the appeals process and state you want that replied to your feedback left to be removed cause it violates feedback policy. Ignore any harassing communication messages this seller makes to you. Based on your complaint and after checking at no surprise seller seems to have a history of responding rudely to bad feedback left. Next time review bad feedback left and responses before purchasing from a seller. It was very clear how they would react if something went wrong.

I believe you can report the reply the seller left in response to your feedback because he mentioned your ID multiple times in that reply.
I think you can get ebay to remove the reply.
