Unable to refund return shipping cost.
I am very new to eBay. Through my own mistake, I had a return. The buyer was very understanding and even left positive feedback. He has been refunded his purchase price, but I would like to refund his return shipping costs. I can't figure out how to do that. Any help would be appreciated.

·1 year agoSince the refund has already been issued for the product you can't use ebay to handle the refund.
As house*of*paws suggested above, if you have the email/paypal address from your buyer you can refund him that way. Or since you have the address from the order you can mail a check.

You can refund the buyer through an app like PayPal. You’ll need their email address to do that, which you should be able to ask them for.
