Unable to process return based on seller sent wrong item
I just opened the coil package you sent and the box says 1140-400-1307 on it but the coil says 0000-400-1324a zh182y? I haven't tried this yet but I was expecting to receive what was labeled on the box?
The seller has not responded to messages and when I process the return for any of several choices the confirm button doesn't let me pick it. If I pick that I ordered the wrong item then it does let me click it. The seller advertised one item sent a different one and the box it came in was crushed.

·2 years agoGo to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

The reason for return should be "not as described," since the item which you had ordered was not the item inside the box.
Have you tried that option?

OP2 years agoI got to the same place and the same result. I put in a brief description and added two pictures and button stays grayed out.

·2 years agoThe solution @troupedavid is to break up the brief description into 2 lines, like this:
I put in a brief
description and added two pictures.
And the button will ungray.

OP2 years agoyes
that worked!

That might be your problem: you had initially attempted to do a return, by claiming that the item had "Arrived Damaged" -- which was incorrect.
Your incorrect claim may have voided out any further claims.

What was the FIRST reason that you had chosen for returning the item?
It is possible that your FIRST choice was rejected by eBay, and that any further choices were thus voided out.
If your seller continues to ignore you, you may be forced to do a credit-card chargeback in order to get your refund.
