Attention eBay agent,
This item was supposed to be canceled because on the same day I found a better deal on your platform. When I called to cancel with an eBay representative, she mistakenly canceled the new one. When the wrong item arrived, I peeked in to see what it was and immediately had the postal carrier take it back. He scanned it and took it; I tracked it back to the seller, so I am requesting the refund, which is $227.79.
I sent you the information about this in a previous letter dated May 1, 2023. Because of the mix up with eBay, neither item was received. That is why I am requesting you uphold my dispute request and not charge me for either item on my credit card. The two charges were for $227.79 and $109.94. Both need to be expunged from my credit card.
Thank you again for considering this matter and doing the right thing.
