Trying to return item
Hi! I purchased an Epson all-in-one April 10. It's defective. The seller says no returns. I decided to go through Epson as it's under warranty. After 3 weeks of jumping through hoops (I won't even get into how ridiculous they were), they said an item sold on ebay isn't a certified seller of their product so screw me. Part of the rituals epson put me through was sending them a copy of the invoice. I couldn't find one on ebay, so I contacted paypal for the copy. I tried to file for a return through ebay, but they say I already did this through paypal. I've jumping through hoops again to try and contact ebay to straighten this matter out. I contacted the seller, but surprise---no response. So should I just bend over without vaseline, or what?

You'll have to work with Pay Pal and you'll have to pay return shipping.

A seller's "no returns" policy does not matter when the item is defective. You could have opened the return request through eBay.
Since you bypassed that step, there is no resolving this through eBay. You said you filed a request through PayPal. Is that request still open? If so you can continue to move forward with that request. PayPal generally requires you return the item before they'll process your refund. You were given a deadline so make sure that has not passed.
Going through manufacturer warranty - that generally does not exist when you buy from a third party instead of a major retailer.
