trying to return a part that does not fit my vehicle seller will not respond

The part that was sent does not work on my 2005 ford f350 fleet truck, seller wants to see a picture which i can provide through the phone , they will not send a phone number. the seller will not return my request, what should i do?????

Just file a not as described for a return and full credit, assuming you are still within the 30 money back guarantee period

You can send a photo to your personal email â€¦ and then copy & paste the photo from your email to an eBay message OR return request.

Either send them a picture of what the item sent was (if you want to work it out with the seller) or take the advice from @klhmdg. If you do choose to open up a return request, make sure you understand how to use the eBay MBG to protect yourself properly. Many times, buyers will choose the wrong reason for the return and end up on the short end of the stick.
