Trying to Return a Defective Computer System
I've filled out the RETURN form 4 times now and the system will not allow this to be submitted.
Why this is happening I do not know. But, does anyone know HOW to get around this to get the form submitted?
I need to get this computer system returned and order something else from some one else where they will guarantee their computer systems are in working order. I have a Veteran who is patiently waiting on me to deliver a system to him! HELP!!

·5 months agoYou say it’s not letting you submit the return form. Most commonly, that means one of the fields or inputs is either empty or doesn’t have enough filled in. Are you adding a photo where it asks for one? I’ve also heard the suggestion to include at least two lines of text in the reason for return with a new line (sometimes called a carriage return) between them. Is any error message or text appearing when you try to submit it?
