Trying to pprint a return label
I have been trying to Print a return label from this seller, free returns and just received the item yesterday. I complete the return info needed but the I cannot submit as the continue button is grayed out. I am getting ZERO HELP from this seller and customer service is a robot and just keeps sending directions of how to print the label that I have tried many times. Does anyone have good phone number for Ebay where I can speak to a real person. Thank you

Go to your purchase page and find the item that you wish to return.
On the far right is a column of blue ovals -- click on the oval that states "More actions" -- then scroll down to "Return this item."
Follow the rest of the instructions, and request the return.
The seller has a few days to approve the return before emailing you a return label -- if the seller fails to email you a return label, eBay will step in and force a return, or you
may even be permitted to keep the item while receiving a full refund.
That's the proper eBay method for returning an item.
