How can I get the tracking number for a customer return? I received an email from Ebay saying the item was returned to me but I did not receive it.

OP5 months agoI was able to finally locate the tracking info so I am all set.

·5 months agoYou open the sale information & click on the link indicating return request or case from the buyer. Should be entered there & not a great mystery since your aware of a specific return happening.

OP5 months agoIt doesn't give any shipping details. All it says is "Item Delivered".
