I purchased a pair of shoes that were developed a fault after only a week. I contacted the seller who arranged a return and this was collected by Royal Mail last Saturday. I have been monitoring the tracking but after it arrived at the regional mail centre the same day it was collected, there has been no movement since then. I have contacted the seller but as of yet had no reply. I'm worried the return has now got lost in transit and I won't get a refund. Can anyone advise me on what to do next?

·1 month agoJust wait@ed-a_1978 for your refund. As long as your return got a tracking scan, you will get a refund eventually, even if does not track back to the seller.
