The seller refuses to ship the goods after I pay.
After I paid for the order, the seller refuses to ship the item. He says eBay's fees are too high and he doesn't agree with them, so he won't ship. I ask him to cancel the order, but he refuses, telling me to pay him extra through PayPal. This looks like a scam. He created a tracking number but still hasn't shipped it.Ebay, please help me with this problem. The problem is that I'm in another country, but I specified a delivery address in the USA, where my friend lives. I'm not receiving calls from Ebay, and I don't speak English very well; I communicate through a translator.
