Did you file for a return through Ebay or just shipped them back?
Have they been delivered to the seller and when were they delivered?

·9 months agoNobody is in the office. This is an automated site. 180,000,000 members so a few too many to have someone 'sitting at a desk'.
Now, did you open an official return? Did you record the tracking number?
Did tracking show it was delivered to seller?
If all the above is 'yes'- then return to the case and click the 'escalate to ebay' 3 days AFTER tracking showed it was re-delivered to the seller.
If all the above is 'no'- just get used to not having that money as you didn't do it right.
