The seller is refusing the return
So, I bought 7 pins from this one seller but they only sent me 4, even with photo and video evidence of unpacking the parcel, they still refuse to accept a return for a refund. What can I do? I spent 500$ on these ;-;

I'm so sorry this happened. What you need to do is file a 'return request' from your Purchase History ... choosing 'Missing pieces' as the reason for the return.
If the seller doesn't provide either a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days ... then go back to your open request and ask eBay to step in. eBay will handle the rest for you.
Buyers do NOT need to provide evidence for what they say. Videos can be doctored, so aren't considered proof of anything.
EDITED TO ADD: I just noticed that you are in Lebanon. HOW was the item shipped to you? If you used a freight forwarder ... there might be some problem being refunded, as you wouldn't be able to prove that the seller was responsible for the missing pins, as opposed to the forwarder.
Could you please provide the Item Number of the listing so that we can see the shipping? That way we can tell you for sure what your options are.

If the items are still at your friend’s address in the US … then open the return request as I described in my first post.
The prepaid shipping label will be sent to your friend, who will need to ship the items back to the seller. You’ll be refunded 3 days after the package reaches the seller.
