The seller has sent me another pruduct istead of my purchase.
I have bought an IPhone 15, istead of which the seller has sent me an empty box of IPhone 16, which was filled with several Batteries. I was decieved, I lost a lot of money, the seller does not respond and I dont know why but it was not possible to indicate in the history section that the product came incorrectly and demand a refund. I wrote a letter to ebay support through the application with all the evidence, but I didnt reveice a response, and the letter doesnt appear Anymore. Help me understand what I can do, almost a month has passed since my purchase with this expectations.

·1 year agoPull up the item under purchases on your my eBay page. Click return this item. Choose not as described for the reason. You only have 30 days from delivery to file. I hope it's not too late.

·1 year agoALL eBay buyers, as well as sellers, need to make themselves acquainted with the Money Back Guarantee for buyers, preferably BEFORE they begin buying or selling here.
The MBG offers good protection when a transaction goes wrong. The catch is that the buyer needs to read it, understand it and use it in a timely fashion.
You received an item that's not as described. Here's the capsule version of what the MBG tells you that you need to do. Find this item in your Purchase History. Click on "want to return". Then click on "not as described". You've now opened an NAD case. You have to do this within 30 days of the day you received the item. You then wait 3 days. No response from the seller? Then you return to your case 4 days after opening it and ask eBay to step in. The seller is required to send you a prepaid return label. If that does not happen, you contact eBay. They will refund you from the seller's funds and tell you to keep what you received.
But please read the complete MBG. There is no need at all to actually contact the seller. No need to contact eBay support. Certainly hope this doesn't happen again, but if it does, follow the correct protocol.
