the return field can't find my order number. How do I communicate with someone to return my purchase
I received a different part than was ordered. I need to return it and don't know how to contact someone to help since the auto system doesn't recognize my order number.

·3 years agoGo to your Purchase History. Find the item in question. Click on it.
There will be a drop-down menu. Find the word "return". Click on it.
There will be a list of reasons. Click on the appropriate reason. (You have not specified that in your message here.)
Depending on the reason, you may have to pay the return shipping, or not.
Wait 4 days. No response from seller, or unsatisfactory response? Go back to the case and ask eBay to step in. If you are required to return it, follow the directions.
