The label doesn't work at USPS.
Thank you for responding. The problem is that although the label looks normal, at the post office they tried typing in the barcode number and scanning it, and nothing worked. So I think a new label needs to be generated that will work for USPS. Do you know if I can do this myself or do I have to call customer service?

If it was the eBay Standard Envelope, that does not have a tracking number exactly, it is a routing code and will not scan at the counter. Do not take it to the counter, but instead drop it in the Metered Mail slot at the post office if there is one, or a blue mail box. It will get scans only at the sorting/routing facilities along the way.
