Tell me something about holding my funds
Come on eBay... holding my funds because the customer wasn't happy about his purchase. Then go ahead and approve the refund. First off, the customer saw what he was getting. I used one of eBay's sold listings to help me with posting mine. 10X10 Yuan was something about the Japanese notes. The customer thought he was getting 10 notes but he got 7, he was more upset with how many he got than actually the condition of the note. That is going to hurt my defect rate and already a bunch of people have destroyed it.

In looking at the listing (and your feedbacks), I think you need to be clearer in your listings and descriptions.
For example, in the listing you've posted, I understand that a buyer would be confused.
Description describes items in singular --
And in fact, in another of your sold listings, you DO clearly state and show a picture of 3 Japanese 10 peso notes.
In the listing in question, you should have had "7" in the title, not 10!

·2 years agoEbay always puts a hold on funds when there's a return request.
Just tell the buyer to open a return request and you will accept it.
It doesn't matter that you believe you were clear in the listing about what he was buying. Obviously it wasn't as clear as you thought it was!
Accept the return and you won't get a defect. If you don't accept the return and ebay has to step in to handle it, you will get a huge defect.
