I am returning a dvd that is defective. It's blurry and not Blue ray as advertised. I need to talk to an agent and complete the return.

·4 months agoYou don't need to speak to an agent. Just file a return then print out the label and return the DVD. Once returned the seller will refund you. If they don't then have Ebay step in by going back to the case and ask Ebay to step in after 4 days of the DVD getting delivered back to the seller. It's a smooth process.

·4 months agoFirst you click return this item. You find that by the item under purchases. Then select item not as described to file a case. No need to contact eBay. Have you filed such a case? If not, do so.
