Starting a second dispute

Question

I recently bought a job lot of loose LEGO and sets. Upon opening the box I immediately noticed some sets were fakes so started a return dispute. The seller came back with a partial refund for those, which I accepted. However after sorting through the remaining lot in more detail I've found about half missing compared to the photos on the listing rendering the half I do have useless.

Is there anything I can do, such as raising a second dispute?

@aasshhlleeaa You cannot raise a second dispute. You should have gone through the rest of them before opening a return, or have simply returned all of them for a full refund since the sets were not as described. Gonna have to eat that loss, my friend.

Did you start an INAD dispute? Then close it after you received the refund? If so, as far as here on ebay the transaction is complete
