I tried to mark the return as shipped with tracking details but the information will not save

Try this, @rja3203: Add a digit zero in front of your tracking number.

So if for example the tracking number is 98765, type in 098765 instead. Did that work?

it just wonâ€™t save the info when I hit save

@rja3203 Did the seller issue you a return label? That may be why you canâ€™t enter your own. Look in your eBay messages to be sure.
