good morning, I requested a return for a oil pump we purchased from speck102 because the item that was sold to us was damaged. we sent photos & the sell denied our return request. We would like ebay to step in because we were sold a bad part

·2 years agoHave you actually started a return through Ebay or just contacting the seller?
Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

·2 years agoDid you open an item not as described case? If so, are you aware that, if no response from the seller, you need to return to the case in 96 hours and ask eBay to step in?
Have you read the eBay Money Back Guarantee for buyers? It works very well to resolve the issue in case a transaction goes wrong.

·2 years agoClick the return this item button found in purchases. Choose not as described for the reason. If you have already done that. In the case filed there is a button to ask eBay to step in. You have to wait a few days as the seller is given some time to take care if it. If they don't you then ask eBay to decide the case.
