Sneakers Didn't Pass Authentication, Fees not refunded?

I recently had a couple of sales that did not pass authentication, eBay refunded the buyer and charged me the exact sale price. It did not give me any option for Fee Credits or a refund. I know the exact amount I earned out of each item and the fees totaled $43.09. Will I be getting my selling costs back?

@stuff4divas managed to get ahold of a service agent and got the fee credits returned. Not sure why it was not automatically sent.
