·2 years agoI don't know of any post office that doesn't scan QR codes in 2024, but maybe you live in a very small town. Mailing return labels would do nothing but slow down the process.

·2 years agoBetter yet @raymond.e215 if any of the nearby post offices has a lobby
You can go there to print your QR code.
Then immediately after, you can scan the label and get a receipt. You don't even have to stand in line at the counter.

1. I am using the same remanufactured Rollo Thermal printer from years ago. Ink-free printing. Low maintenance. Hasn't stopped working, had to wipe the print head a few times over the years.
2. I have never sent a return label for a return. I accept the return and the buyer prints the label through eBay (eBay charges me). After 20 years on eBay, not sure if there is a circumstance that I would personally need to provide a shipping label to a buyer (hasn't happened yet)? Buyers can print or use QR code at post office for label.
