Should I tell the seller to make a decision on the return status
In my return request, I left a message saying what the problem with the PS3 was( can't connect to PSN nor be updated via Internet or USB) and the conversation basically amounting to the seller saying tough luck, no returns via message and not on the return status itself. With this in mind, should I tell him to declare a decision in this regard or just wait till the 18th so I have the option to get ebay involved?

·3 years agoWait until the 18th to open a claim for a refund. No returns does not mean no returns. And I would not send anymore emails to the seller....he will probably contact you when you open a claim I am sure.

Wait until the date eBay gave and involve eBay.
With a seller like this there is zero point in any conversation.
