·6 days agoI should add the seller has had 47 transactions with 6 of them being problematic. Looking at a foreign seller with poor feedback, I would have hit the back button.

·6 days agoYou appear to be a buyer not a seller.
Is some seller telling you that you need to pay return shipping to get a refund?
If you are returning through a seller fault, the item was not as described or damaged, you need not pay for the return shipping if you follow the Ebay Money Back Guarantee process. The major exception would be a shipment through a freight forwarder to some other country.
If you failed to use the Ebay MBG returns process and are dealing directly with the seller, follow the Ebay process. There is either a misunderstanding by you or the seller, or a bit of taking advantage of a new Ebayer.

·6 days agoSomething is wrong here. Cannot see your sold items, nor current listings for some reason; however, if you listed with free shipping, you, the seller, were the one who paid for the shipping, not the buyer. How about more details so we can figure this out?

·6 days agoI doubt it cost $1400 to ship a item that cost $216 and had free shipping.
Are you wanting to return something. If you are, ask the seller why they can not use the same method to have the item returned.

·6 days agoWe don't have any facts about this other than what you state. If the return shipping is truly that high, if it happened to me, then I would just refund them and let them keep the item.
Take the loss off of your taxes at the end of the year.
