    I purchased an item as a guest because I did not have my password when I made the purchase. I requested a refund and an email with a shipping label was provided to me. I have been trying to print the label and I keep receiving a message that there is a technical problem and to try again later.  It has been two days and I am unsure how to get this resolved.

    Return an item you bought as a guest
    • Find the email with the subject line starting “Order Confirmed”.
    • Select View order details.
    • Choose Return item.
    • Select your reason for returning the item.
    • Select Next.
    • If you like, you can add a message for the seller and add up to 10 photos.
    • Select Confirm return.
