Sent wrong item and need to get it back.
I shipped the wrong item by mistake. I use Pirate Ship to send my orders. Can I send a prepaid shipping label to the buyer to use for the return? Do I use eBay or Pirate Ship for the return label. Any help or suggestions are appreciated. I will ship the correct item to the buyer so there is no need for a refund to be issued. Thanks!

·7 months agoI don't know when it was shipped. Have you tried to ask the shipper to recall the package? If it's too late for that, just have to hope they will return it. If it's of a higher value, not good......
While buyers can file a not as described case and get a refund. There is no such case a seller can file. There is no I sent the wrong item and want it back case a seller can file.

Have you communicated with the buyer?
