Sent wrong item
I sent the buyer a wrong pair of shoes, what is the best way to get the correct pair of shoes to them.
I have asked the buyer to request a return shipping label. Should I net refund them and send them the correct pair of shoes?

·10 months agoYes... the correct way would be for the buyer to open a Return request. Approve it, which will provide they buyer with a return shipping label. Don't refund until you get the item back... and have the correct pair of shoes ready to go upon the first shipment's return to you. The re-ship might best be handled in a new transaction. Good luck.
Edit to add: after reading the first reply, know that there are more than one way to handle it. It's your call...

You can request buyer to kindly return item by mistake...but buyers have no obligation to do so.
Expecting a buyer to go out of their way to repack(maybe) something and drop it off as it was your mistake...may not be a favorable feedback.
I would let them keep shoes if they are not expensive to save on return postage.
