I'm a relatively new seller. Doing well and I understand that sometimes things just don't work out. Is there a way to identify when a buyer lists a location overseas but has a US address? Short story is that it has happened twice where a buyer purchases an item and I send it to the address provided. Tracking shows that the item arrived within the expected delivery window. Everything seems fine until about the 60 day mark when I get a message that the item isn't as described. I don't offer returns but realize that eBay will always land with the buyer. What has happened now - twice - Is that I offer a return. They want a refund. I would rather get the item back. They are out of my own collection. They then start to tell me that they "travel" extensively and won't be back to the US soon. Each time, the buyer is fairly aggressive that I should offer a full return to them or eBay will make me do it anyway. So far, eBay has sided with me. I figure it is just a matter of time that they don't. Any suggestions other than my husband's advice that I should just refund the money, block the buyer, and move on.
