Seller wont give me a return lable
I ordered a plush toy that came damaged. The seller advertised it as "new," but the stitching was coming apart, there were several holes, and it was poorly packed in a tight plastic bag.
When I reached out to him, he blamed the shipping company, even though the package itself was fine; the real issue was his bad packaging and the toy's low quality.
He brushed off my complaints, suggesting I could just fix it myself, which was really frustrating since I paid over $30 for something that was supposed to be in perfect condition.
He first offered me $3 for compensation, which I turned down, and then he increased it to $4, I still refused. He got rude, telling me to "have a nice life" and that I could return it.
I then requested a return through eBay. After informing him I wanted a refund, he offered me $6 as compensation instead, claiming he couldn't provide a shipping label.
I insisted on a refund, and we went back and forth for three days. Eventually, I got a notification from eBay saying he accepted my return, but he only provided a return address without a shipping label.
When I asked for the label, he insisted I give him my PayPal account to "send me the money for the label." I refused, stating it was his responsibility to provide the label. He kept repeating his request for my PayPal account while refusing to send the label. Now, it's been six days, and I still haven't received a shipping label or a refund.
I am so stressed about this. How am I supposed to return some thing if the man won’t even give me a shipping label.

·1 year agoIf it's an International seller, they can't provide a shipping label.
They have to send you the money to cover the return shipping and that's why they ask for your Pay Pal email.

The seller can't deny a return label if you opened a return using reason as not as described.
Is the seller in another country? If the seller is in another country he can't send you a return label the seller needs to send you funds to Paypal for you to buy postage to return the stuffed widget.
You can also return to the case to ask eBay to step in for your refund.
