Seller will not respond
I contacted seller Apr 17, 2026 @ 1803. No response. Requesting refund of items (5).
Purchase was advertised as Nee Doh ice cream, jelly squish, and nice-sickle. Purchase 5 items ordered 4/1/2026. Arrived 4/17/2026 in small package that damage individual packaging. These items are not authentic Nee Dohs as advertised, suggesting fraudulent advertising. I have photos of authentic compared to advertised. The listings have also been removed by eBay. I completed a refund request for 4/5 items - system will not allow me to request 5th item refund. How can I get money refunded if seller will not respond? Ebay please step in and help! Thanks!

·4 months agoIf you filed for a return and selected, "items not as described" you do not need anyone to talk to, it is automated, seller doesn't need to respond in order for you to return INAD.... It's very simple. How did you make your return request? You should be able to do this for each transaction. Were all 5 bought at the same time, shipped together?

eBay is not here.
This is buyers and sellers like yourself.
If I understand correctly, you have been refunded for 4 of 5 items, but cant file a Not As Described case on #5??
What does the system say when you go to your purchases and try to file a Not As Described on #5?
