Seller swindled me and gave me half refund
Seller stated he did not get all the parts, when in fact, he did. He swindled me giving me only half the refund. Here is the true story. Re: id 5294151130...Seller gave me partial refund stating parts were missing. That is not possible because all the parts, 2 corner plates and fasteners were wrapped in plastic and tucked into a large brown paper bag. I returned EVERYTHING that the seller sent me. I feel cheated and swindled by this seller. I don't trust them at this point after stating I did not return everything. I went out of my way to package everything with professionalism as always. This seller makes me sick to my stomach. I tried to email the seller and your system is not working properly. Please help. I've been swindled by them. I feel it was done deliberately. PLEASE HELP. So I tried this.....

Not able to use because I am deaf!!! There was no other options! I was frustrated and in disbelief that was the only option. eBay is not a deaf friendly community. I've been with eBay since 2002 and have over 700 positive feedback with no negative and neutral. I am sickening to my stomach with all this. Can someone help me please? I would love it if eBay could email me instead of calling me. Thank you people.

·1 year agoI've been on the selling side of this. In my situation it was similar except parts were indeed missing. The buyer appealed with ebay. eBay gave them a full refund, but did not charge me the difference. So, the buyer got a full refund and I got to keep half (less after shipping/packing etc..).
If you dispute this with eBay that may do the same for you. The chargeback option would be next.

·1 year agoThe appropriate response to issues where a full refund has not been tendered is a dispute with your credit card issuer.

·1 year agoIs the first step is to appeal to ebay is it not?
Going right to a credit card might get a buyer flagged by the card and or ebay.

Regardless of the selling venue ... I usually request the remainder of my refund from my credit card company when money is arbitrarily withheld following a return. It's usually a lot less frustrating than dealing with the venue's customer service.
