Seller stole my money
I was scolded from posting other users that were ripped off so this is a new post. My money was stolen period from a seller that ebay confirmed got the return. Ebay did send a response that it was ok what they did since they are in good standing. To the moderators I have those emails. Ebay allowed the seller to take ot to the bank and have closed the refund which is the same this thing as tough!

OP2 years agoWell SOB even my replies are being censored. The seller sent a request to close the return because I didn't send the item back before the deadline. I knew something was wrong when the batteries didn't hold a charge in a flashlight and thought if they worked in a remote i'd keep them but same thing happened the units were not as described. I sent an appeal in and ebay said no but to contact the seller and see if it could be worked out. Well thru ebay he agreed to take them back. Ebay sent me the label thru email. The seller said he would full refund once he got them back well guess what no money ebay confirmed he got them and said sorry that how you steal money legally.
