Seller Sent My Gmail Acct. An Item Cancelled and Refunded in January Has Just Shipped
I'm not sure this is the best way to contact eBay Cutomer Service ( their site-based email has no option to upload screen shots ).
I got an email update via my gmail address yesterday that an order which — after my cancelling it back in January, eBay verifing it was not received and subsequently giving me a refund — out of nowhere the seller has now alerted me that my item has shipped (?!?).

Case Opened — Jan 09, 2026
Case Closed — Jan 15, 2026
I have low rez .jpg screen shots of eBay's refund email and my Gmail of the seller's recent shipping notice, but eBay's sadly discontinued support through Facebook MESSENGER... is there an email address where I can upload pictures directly to eBay from my iPhone's PHOTOS app?

·5 months agoYes, they re-use the tracking numbers.
This has happened to me after printing a label
early a.m. then entering in eBay and it said the
tracking number had already been used.
Because I could not enter that number, I had to
cancel the label and reprint a new one.
Then had to wait 30 days by usps to be refunded
for the unusable label.

One of two things has likely happened. Either the seller decided to send it to you for free, or the tracking number was reused. Neither requires anything from you. If you really want to, you could refuse the delivery if something is delivered to you, but that isn’t required.
