Seller sent me a return label for media mail itm being returned doesn’t qualify for media mail
Need to return an item that was not as described. Problem is the seller sent me a label for item to be returned by media mail. Item is a tractor radiator and does not qualify for that service.

·8 months agoThe seller is required to provide a working label. Message them again for a proper working label. If they fail to provide one, ask eBay to step in and claim the buyer failed to provide a proper working label

·8 months agoI think you meant to state that the SELLER failed to provide a proper working label.

·8 months agoTry contacting the seller one more time explaining the issue, if they do not send a new usable label that day...
Buy a proper label (Ground Advantage, UPS, FedEx).
Upload the tracking to the return case.
Keep the receipt.
When the item shows delivered, eBay issues the refund.
If the refund doesn’t include the label cost, you should contact eBay and say:
“The seller-provided label was invalid. I had to purchase my own return shipping.â€
eBay should adjust the refund to include the cost of the return.

·8 months agoThat's not how it works at all @eoma689485 .
Do not follow that poster's advice @hoytxcutter .
Follow @ryry-jj 's accurate advice.
(FYI ryry-jj - you typoed 'buyer' when you meant 'seller' if you want to edit that.)

·8 months ago@eoma689485 Under no circumstances should the buyer purchase their own shipping label for a Not As Described return, and neither the seller nor eBay will adjust the refund amount to compensate for it if they do. Please never tell anyone to do that again.
