Seller sent item. Item was not accurate as described. Return problems.
Ebay has by way of an agent set up a return. The contingency offer of the seller has been refused. Each time I attempt to address the issue the computer systems reports I am in place for a return. The seller has not responded to request of return label. Ebay does not offer live contact only the computer information that goes nowhere.
I this is the best Ebay can do, then I suggest Ebay more closely screen sellers and the quality of products to prevent aggregations. Currently I feel mu sole alternative is to challenge the purchase with the credit card company. The item received is not as described and ebay by neglect fails to respond with their proposed guarantees. is the actual guarantee one risks a loss purchasing via Ebay?

·11 months agoYou are covered by the Money Back Guarantee for 30 days after receiving the item.
Did you actually do this? Find the item in your Purchase History. Click on "want to return".
Reason: Not as described. This opens the NAD case.
Your seller has 3 days to respond to the case. If nothing happens, on day #4, return to the case.
Ask eBay to step in. eBay will refund you from the seller's funds and tell you to just keep the item.
Did you actually open a case? If so, when and exactly what has happened so far?
